James H. Hanson
Jim has directed turn-key construction for Canon Medical USA Inc. since 2014, and has served as a team leader for Canon special projects. His specialties include MRI’s, CT Scans, Vascular Applications, Interim Mobile Units, and Modular Imaging Installations.
Jim is a licensed and accredited general contractor with over 42 years of experience as a program director and senior project manager for projects working with all types of construction. He has successfully accomplished close to $500 million in construction in his career. His broad-based expertise includes projects in the areas of medical, government, commercial, institutional, industrial, office, and hospitality construction.
Jim is a creative entrepreneur who founded a construction training enterprise that evolved to the national level with franchises throughout the USA. His innovative approach won acclaim when he was featured in the Sunday magazine of the Dallas Morning News.
Jim is a strong family man who actively enjoys boating and sailing, golfing, and travel. He is an accomplished musician, playing piano, guitar, trumpet, and cello by ear (can’t read music).

Bob Alvarez
Bob’s talents as a meticulous organizer and planner provide a seamless approach that instills client confidence and overall success. With Bob’s assistance, our customers know that even the most minute details of their project will be considered and attended to. His extensive experience in operational systems and efficiency management ensures excellence at every step of the process.
Bob’s vast systems management and operational experience was honed over his distinguished career in the military where he served as a Lt. Col. in the US Army for over 20 years. During his military service, Bob served in a number of high-level leadership positions. He was the Chief Operations Officer for Air Defense Operations in the Republic of Korea and later served as Program Operations Manager in support of the Drug War. Bob developed a strategic training plan for Dept of Defense’s Air Space and Combat Training Exercise, and he designed and executed a National Defense and Security strategy for peace operations in Bosnia and Southwest Asia.
Following his retirement from the military, Bob managed a professional services information group for Alltel Communications. In 2004 Bob lead a commercial real estate sale team for a high-end construction developer in the Atlanta area where he met and worked closely with Jim Hanson. He presently is the owner of JBAR Enterprises, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business focused on construction projects with renewable energy business solutions.
Bob is a strong family man who enjoys a friendly round of golf and coaching youth basketball teams.

Mitch has been a Project Manager with Interactive since 2017, aiding in construction management of MRI’s, CT Scans, Vascular Applications, Interim Mobile Units, and Modular Imaging Installations for Canon Medical Services U.S.A. Inc.
He has a BBA in Business Management from the University of North Georgia’s College of Business. Mitch’s previous management experience is in the automotive industry where he worked for Atlanta Classic Cars (Mercedes Benz)
During Mitchell’s leisure time he is an avid shooter and has received numerous state-wide awards for marksmanship. He also is a golfer and has competed on the state level for competitive swimming. He has a passion for large dogs and is kept busy with his new pups.
